Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A or B Driver's License required.
• 1 year of experience operating a commercial vehicle preferred.
• Able to meet all DOT requirements and safety policies.
• Excellent customer service skills and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a heavy-duty truck on recycling and commercial routes safely.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report vehicle issues.
• Deliver and service containers, ensuring proper placement and cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE use, and company policies.
• Communicate with Dispatch and Route Supervisor about issues or incidents.
• Maintain route efficiency and complete all required documentation.
