Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers, supporting and guiding them through repairs.
  • Perform repairs, major and minor, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Follow instructions accurately, maintain documentation and inventory.
  • Prioritize safety and demonstrate initiative and independence.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferably post-secondary vocational education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical inspections and repairs.
  • Willingness to obtain a valid Class B Driver’s License.
  • Understanding of company policies and safety procedures.
Training Requirements
  • 2+ years in heavy truck repairs or related field.
  • Ability to pursue a Class B CDL.
  • Basic training from third-party providers or the company.
  • Knowledge of heavy-duty electrical systems.
  • Experience diagnosing failures and executing repairs.
  • Familiarity with rebuilds and replacements like engines and transmissions.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Pass post-offer drug test and physical exam.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $28.00-$35.00/hour based on experience.
  • Full-time position.
