Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience repairing heavy-duty trucks and diesel equipment.
• Ability to diagnose diesel engine issues and drivability concerns.
• Familiarity with air brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing technical development.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL and related certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks and diesel-powered vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections.
• Diagnose diesel engine issues and drivability concerns; repair systems as needed.
• Service air brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, cooling and aftertreatment systems.
• Document diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations for the customer and shop team.
