Job summary

TCI Transportation in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Diesel Mechanic with 4 to 5+ years of experience. The role pays $36.00–$40.12 per hour, depending on skills and experience, with a Tuesday–Saturday 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Qualifications

• Remove or replace major components of truck/trailer equipment as directed by Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Strive to complete quality repairs within time standards.

We are looking for Diesel Mechanics with 4 to 5+ years' Experience - 36.00 - 40.12 an hour depending on skills and experience

Shift - Tuesday to Saturday 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Technician III will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision: Clutches, PTO Systems, Electric Systems, Hydraulic/ Air Brake Systems, Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems, Instruments and Gauges, and Preventive Maintenance Service. Technicians are measured on their efficiency to complete quality repairs in time standards.

Minimum Requirements

• 4 to 5+ years Diesel Engine Repair
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills
• Must be available for On Call Rotation
