We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Diesel Mechanic to join a leading company located in the Pittsburgh, PA surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and other related duties.
• Performs check-ins and safety inspections on heavy equipment.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance and assists other equipment mechanics with general shop and equipment maintenance as directed.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Cooperate with the service manager to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience with related equipment, including heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, own adequate hand tools, and can work well with others and independently.
