Job Description

We are currently seeking a fleet maintenance technician with 24/7 availability. A minimum of five years of heavy-duty work experience is required. Work will be performed both in the field and in the shop. Normal working hours are 9am-5:30pm, with on-call duties 24/7. The diesel Service Technician will be responsible for:

1. Inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of diesel-powered equipment such as trucks, forklifts, refrigerant units, earth-moving equipment, and related repairs on dry van trailers and food-grade tankers.
2. Running diagnostic tests on trucks and equipment.
3. Replacing engine, transmission, steering mechanisms, or braking systems.
4. Test driving vehicles to ensure proper repair of maintenance issues.
