As a Heavy-Duty Cleaner at Casino Fandango, you’ll play a key role in keeping the magic alive behind the scenes! You’ll be part of the vibrant team supporting the back of the house in one of our four exciting restaurants. Whether it’s wiping down, scrubbing up, or keeping things sparkling, your work helps create the clean, welcoming atmosphere our guests love.

Job Requirements

• Required to deep clean under and around cooking/refrigeration appliances, behind storage areas.
• Clean drains, walls and counters.
• Wash heavy pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Dust, sweep, and mop various kitchen areas when needed.
• Emptying the trash in all kitchens.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to walk, crawl, lift, lower, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Heavier items require assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• The ability to maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
