Job summary
PENN Entertainment is seeking a Facilities/EVS team member for the Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast environment. You will perform daily cleaning, operation of shampooing equipment, and basic maintenance tasks to keep the casino spaces clean and safe.
The role requires high school diploma or GED, physical stamina, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Training provided; growth opportunities within a fast-paced entertainment setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or up to one month related training/experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple notes.
- Ability to perform basic math operations including weight/volume.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Mixes chemicals and operates carpet shampooer and buffer.
- Moves furniture and cleans assigned area.
- Maintains and cleans machines after use.
- Cleans the casino; transports trash; reports problems to EVS Supervisor.
- Adheres to company policies and safety standards.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful attitude with customers and team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
