Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Construction Laborer to join our expanding Fort Myers team. Responsibilities include performing various tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, setting bracing, forming, rigging, tying, cutting, patching, and cleaning. Use and operate tools like small hand or power tools, air tools, jackhammers, cement mixers, hand tampers, plate tampers, and saws.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, twist, reach, bend, lift at least 45 pounds, carry, push, pull, and have good dexterity, vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
Work is outdoors on construction sites, exposed to noise, heat, and weather variations. Work hours may include day, night, or weekend shifts depending on project schedules.
