Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Construction Laborer to join our expanding Fort Meyrs Team. Heavy construction laborers perform various tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. These tasks include, but are not limited to: shoveling, raking, hand sweeping, setting bracing, forming, rigging, tying, cutting, patching, and cleaning. They may also operate tools such as small hand or power tools, air tools, jackhammers, cement mixers, hand tampers, plate tampers, and saws.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
All employees shall contribute to Crisdel's team effort by ensuring the safe and successful completion of their assigned work. Expectations include:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, twisting, reaching, bending, trunk movements, lifting at least 45 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, dexterity, and visual and auditory acuity.
TYPICAL WORK CONDITIONS
Work is typically performed outdoors on construction sites or roadways, exposed to noise, heat, and weather variations. Work hours may include day, night, or weekend shifts depending on project schedules.
