Heavy Construction Laborer

Job Description:

We are currently hiring Heavy Construction Laborers to support various construction projects. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training provided. You’ll assist with site preparation, concrete work, and pipeline installation, while also operating small construction equipment. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in construction with competitive pay and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation and concrete placement
• Support pipeline installation work
• Operate small construction tools and equipment as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled crew members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general labor tasks on job sites in all weather conditions
• Any other duties or task that may apply

Requirements:

• No prior experience required—willing to train the right candidate
• Must be dependable, punctual, and physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Some half-day Saturdays may be required)

Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (Based on experience)
