Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimation of bridge structures for a diverse portfolio of heavy civil projects. The role requires expertise in alternative delivery methods and a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates.

You will mentor junior estimators, collaborate with project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies while building strong client and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation, focusing on heavy structures and bridges.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structures estimation process for a diverse portfolio of complex construction projects.
• Apply Design Build (D/B), CMAR, CMGC, hard bid, and progressive design-build methodologies to deliver accurate estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for materials, labor, equipment, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to navigate design and construction challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators, supporting their professional growth.

• Lead the structures estimation process for a diverse portfolio of complex construction projects.


• Utilize your expertise in Design Build (D/B), Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC), hard bid, and Progressive Design Build methodologies to deliver accurate and competitive estimates.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.


• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for materials, labor, equipment, and schedules.


• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to navigate design and construction challenges.


• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all company standards and industry regulations.


• Mentor and guide junior estimators, contributing to their professional growth and development.

What We’re Looking For
