Job summary

Jobot is seeking a qualified Senior Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil infrastructure projects in Arizona. You will plan, coordinate, and execute work, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with field teams to ensure safety and quality.

A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years of PM experience are required, with experience in wet utilities, roadways, or water/wastewater preferred. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations.
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred).
• Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar Project Management Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid are a plus.)

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with field teams to support construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance
• Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
