Job summary

tggaccounting in Vermont seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction and infrastructure projects statewide with regional travel. You will oversee projects from planning through closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, owners, and engineers to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires 3–7 years PM experience in infrastructure, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PM experience in heavy civil construction or 5–7 years in related industry
• Experience managing projects valued at $2M+ from start to finish
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Understanding surveying and field layout processes
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee 3–4 projects simultaneously
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and project documentation
