Job summary

TGG Accounting in Vermont is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction and infrastructure projects across the Northeast, onsite with regional travel. Typical project values range from $2M to $10M+, with responsibilities spanning from planning through closeout and coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction, wastewater, excavation, or related infrastructure projects OR 5–7 years in a related construction industry with transferable experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $2M+ from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of surveying and field layout processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee 3–4 projects simultaneously.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.
