Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager in the Kansas City area to lead field staff through the construction of complex sitework and heavy civil projects. You will manage all scopes, provide leadership to project staff, and drive quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5-7+ years in construction project management with general contracting experience on sitework.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Min. 5-7+ yrs as Construction Project Manager with General Contracting on Sitework and Heavy Civil.
• Knowledgeable of all project scopes across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff in construction of the entire project and ensure quality, timely and on-budget completion.
• Oversee all scopes (Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water) and provide leadership to project staff.
