Silver Star Construction Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead projects across the OKC metro and surrounding areas.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and coordination with field teams, estimators, and owners to ensure profitable delivery. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, reviewing costs, processing change orders, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while upholding the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience preferred, in heavy civil or highway construction.
• High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driving record with 5 points or fewer.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specs, and contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, HCSS, and Vista by Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, materials, subcontractors, and documentation for assigned projects.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, developers, general contractors, and field foremen.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Review costs with estimators and process change orders.
• Lead in safety analyses and coordinate with Safety Director.
