Job summary

Metric Geo, a well-established heavy civil contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic. This role demands leadership on bridges, tunnels, highways, and large-scale infrastructure/P3 programs, overseeing safety, schedule, cost, and quality from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy civil construction, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in heavy highway or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and risk management.
• Experience managing large project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle P6.
• Manage client, subcontractor, government agency, and stakeholder relationships.
