Job summary

Olson Brothers Excavating is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Washington. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has private sector construction estimating/management experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Experience with construction management software is preferred.

• Prefer to have a Canidate that has an Established Customer Contact list.
