This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and managing budgets to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate has strong experience in heavy civil construction, excellent cost control skills, and the ability to balance technical, financial, and client-focused responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Communication & Client Relations
  • Present proposals and estimates to clients and respond to questions clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
  • Address client concerns promptly to support strong working relationships.
• Additional Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid) and project management platforms (e.g., Procore).
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor oversight.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience estimating and managing heavy civil construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing project management roles.
