Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited Civil Engineering program (junior or senior standing preferred).
• Strong academic record and solid understanding of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in office and field environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Available to work full-time during summer and/or part-time during school year.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pre-construction design, planning, and permitting.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS to produce deliverables.
• Draft design plans and create project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and field observations under supervision.
• Perform routine calculations for drainage, grading, and utilities.
• Prepare reports, maps, and submittal packages.
• Review plans for compliance with regulations.
• Attend client meetings and project coordination calls.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams.
