The role includes field presence and close coordination with owners and client representatives to ensure schedule and budget adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 3+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and Primavera P6.

Aufgaben

• Acquire, organize, review and distribute project submittals and RFIs.
• Create and maintain all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
• Communicate with the owner and client representatives.
• Maintain project budgets and complete required cost reports.
• Schedule self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, safety rules, and operation manuals.
