Job summary

Miller Bros. Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers and Field Superintendents in planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil projects.

This role assists with estimating, documentation, purchasing, scheduling, and cost tracking while developing the skills to advance in project management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with office staff, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD preferred.
• Willingness to learn HCSS HeavyJob, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, and Trimble Business Center.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Field Superintendents in coordination and planning.
• Assist with estimating, procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Submit and track underground utility locate requests (OU PS/DIG/811).
• Prepare logs for submittals and project documentation.
• Assist with purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Attend project meetings and document action items; follow up.
