Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to support heavy civil and specialty construction across the Midwest. The role combines estimating accuracy with proactive project leadership, ensuring preconstruction to closeout activities are well-coordinated and financially sound.

You will collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders to prepare bids, track costs, and forecast production, while maintaining schedules and upholding safety and quality standards.

• Strong estimating skills with experience in heavy civil and specialty scopes.
• Proven project management ability across preconstruction, execution, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for demolition, earthwork, utilities, and environmental remediation.
• Lead bid and proposal efforts, coordinating required inputs and documentation.
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Partner with field teams on work planning, cost tracking, and production management.
• Process change orders and support accurate financial forecasting.
• Maintain project schedules while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
