• Scheduling; Tracking Production and Inventory
• Handling Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
• Coordinating & Supervising Varying Work Schedules and Crew Mobilizations
• Working Closely with Project Owners, Contractors, and Inspectors

Skills

Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications

Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel

Willingness to learn and strong organizational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Good communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
