Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil DOT projects in Utah (Orem area). You will plan and oversee diverse construction initiatives from start to finish, hire subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and architects, and maintain delivery on schedule and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of heavy civil experience, a BS in Construction Management, strong computer and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in heavy civil public and private work.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Must have good computer and communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

Job Details

As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end. You will be hiring subcontractors and working with engineers and architects as needed, and keeping track of an inventory of equipment and materials. The Construction Project Manager we are looking for will have previous experience in construction management projects and be knowledgeable of regulations and permits required. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.
