Job summary

Ferrovial, a global infrastructure leader, is seeking a Supervisor: Foreman to oversee multiple construction projects in the United States. The role requires directing labor, ensuring safety and accuracy, and coordinating with operators and field teams.

You will manage concrete work, erosion control, grades, and site organization while enforcing safety policies and working with a diverse crew on varied tasks. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities within a global company.

Qualifications

• Move throughout a construction jobsite and handle heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe activities to supervisor.
• Provide leadership and share knowledge with team.
• Background in construction and experience with field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Direct laborers in pouring concrete and assisting operators.
• Digging, leveling dirt and assisting with grading and pipe installation.
• Operate tools and maintain erosion control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
