Are you passionate about constructing safer communities and building infrastructure for the future? Join our team as a Laborer and play a vital role in this mission. We are seeking motivated individuals for roles as Laborers 1 & 2, specializing in complex commercial Heavy Civil site projects involving underground utilities like storm, sewer, and water pipes. This physically demanding role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize safety and efficiency at the construction site.
2. Dig, backfill trenches, and compact earth for vertical construction.
3. Maintain equipment and materials safely and properly.
4. Follow instructions from supervisors.

Qualifications:

Level 1 – Pay Range: $21-$25/hr

• Experience in physically demanding roles.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs. and pass a physical assessment.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends.

Level 2 – Pay Range: $26-$32/hr

• Meet all Level 1 requirements.
• At least 2 years of underground utility experience.
• Experience with survey stakes and elevations.
• Knowledge of soil types and shoring installation.

Minimum Requirements for All Levels:

• High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certifications.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate backhoes or similar equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
