Qualifications

Currently enrolled college student pursuing Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related degree.
Courteous and professional attitude with coworkers, customers and the public.
Strong analytical and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Travel is required; valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist Preconstruction, Project Management and Field Supervision teams with mentorship.
Interact with subcontractors, vendors and owners.
Participate in cost planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.
Prepare a final presentation outlining internship experience.
Follow safety and security procedures and determine action steps.
