Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student pursuing Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related degree.
• Courteous and professional attitude with coworkers, customers and the public.
• Strong analytical and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Travel is required; valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Committed to making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction, Project Management and Field Supervision teams with mentorship.
• Interact with subcontractors, vendors and owners.
• Participate in cost planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.
• Prepare a final presentation outlining internship experience.
• Follow safety and security procedures and determine action steps.
