Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisor (relief supervisor) experience.
• Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Heatset operators, mechanics and technicians to meet production/quality goals.
• Coordinate with Twisting and Heatset to ensure yarn flow and timing.
• Report, forecast, plan, assign, and follow up daily departmental tasks.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Develop shift schedules to optimize people, equipment and yarn flow.
• Attend company seminars and participate in plant activities to boost morale.
