Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Heatset Department to meet Safety, Quality & Productivity KPI targets.
• Motivate and empower associates; hold team members accountable to rules and compliance.
• Provide direction in safety, quality, productivity and cost with continuous improvement.
• Lead supervisors and engineers; drive departmental performance and reporting.
• Coordinate with peers to ensure plant success across shifts.
