Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems in New Jersey. You will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety compliance while keeping detailed maintenance logs.

Responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, reading blueprints and electrical schematics, pipefitting with black pipe and copper, and mentoring apprentices. EPA 608 certification required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience working daily on commercial or industrial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including the basic refrigeration cycle and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and deciphering electrical schematics.
• Pipefitting with black pipe and copper materials.
• EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required.
