Advantage Technical in Childress, TX seeks an HVAC Technician to perform preventative maintenance and standard repairs in a mission-critical data center environment. This contract-to-hire role offers hourly pay and onsite support for continuous operations.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to service calls, troubleshooting mechanical issues, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years HVAC experience.
• Ability to work independently on standard systems.

• Experience with critical environments preferred.

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Job Pay: $38/HR - $50/HR. Per Diem of $60/day and free housing for the first 90 days of employment.
