Role Description

The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaumont, TX. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Daily tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, replacing or repairing components, and ensuring systems meet safety and efficiency standards. The technician will interact directly with clients, provide clear explanations of work performed, and document service activities accurately. The role also involves collaborating with team members, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.

Qualifications
