This is a full-time role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at Gouker's Best Air servicing the metro-Nashville area. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance & repair, preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems operate efficiently while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install new HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, checking for leaks, and adjusting system controls.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions, replace parts, and ensure systems are operating correctly.
• Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of system issues and develop effective solutions.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, explain system issues clearly, and recommend solutions.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Skills Required:
