Job summary

Transforming Age's Heathers Manor in Crystal, MN is seeking a Part-time Housekeeper to keep resident spaces tidy and welcoming.

This role covers Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours per week, with a pay rate of $18.00–$19.00 per hour DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement for full- and part-time teammates.

You will provide excellent customer service to residents, assist with laundry, and help maintain clean, organized spaces following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at start.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a senior living or hospitality setting not required but preferred.
• Positive, upbeat personality with good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and families.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.

• Maintain equipment and supplies in clean, safe condition.

This position is Part-time, Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours per week. The pay for this role is $18.00 -$19 per hour DOE.

Our Housekeepers:

• Ensure we provide fantastic customer service and care for our resident accommodations and shared spaces
• Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and filled
• Keep equipment maintained, up
• Provide excellent Customer Service to our residents
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

What you need to succeed:

• Must be 18 years of age at time of start.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired!
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a passion for customer service and providing the best experience for our residents!
• CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, may be required to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• May occasionally need to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
