Job summary

SPIROL International Corporation is seeking a Heat Treat professional for our 2nd shift operation. You will be responsible for heat treating products to meet quality standards and performing maintenance tasks on heat-treat equipment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Team collaboration and OSHA-compliant operation are essential.

We are currently looking for a Heat Treat professional to join our 2nd shift operation.

As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

Our requirements for the role include:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience
  • Heat treat experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
