Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking Heat Treaters for South Windsor, CT. Positions available on 2nd shift (3 pm–11:30 pm) and 3rd shift (7 pm–11 pm & 7 am). Pay rate is $20–$24 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior heat treating or metalworking experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to read blueprints and use tools like micrometers and hardness testers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift.

Location: South Windsor, CT

Schedule:

• 2nd shift, 3 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday - Friday
• 3rd shift, 7 pm to 11 pm & 7 pm to 7 am, Friday - Sunday

Pay rate: $20-24/hr, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift.
• Forklift experience is helpful, but not required.
