Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of heat treat operations on production parts.
• Set-up and operate gas-fired furnaces and associated quenching devices.
• Utilize wheelabrator and measuring devices (e.g., micrometers) to verify hardness and dimensions.
• Maintain accurate logs for equipment used and production time.
• Participate in quenching operations and tooling setup like floor dies.
• Ensure proper hardness, size, and flatness of all parts and report unserviceable conditions.
