Qualifications

• Ability to use basic inspection tools and shop math.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic English reading and comprehension of planning/work orders.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Obtain job assignments from supervisor or manager.
• Work safely following plant safety guidelines and rules.
• Adheres to in-process quality inspections and specifications.
• Access and interpret documentation (QMS, etc.).
• Perform basic racking and loading of product in furnaces.
• Meet area and product production standards.
• Complete process and operation documentation (traceability).
• Prepare furnace controller patterns and thermocouples.
• Collaborate in a team environment and assist others as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform housekeeping as required.
• Communicate shift-to-shift requirements and irregularities.
