Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2 years heat treat experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce product meeting specifications throughout the heat treat process.
• Inspect and service cooling tower, furnaces, components, lines and valves before startup.
• Support continuous production in Heat Treat operations.
• Communicate with Heat Treat Supervisor to raise concerns and report equipment problems.
• Document test results and production performance.
• Lead Heat Treat team on daily duties and follow SOPs/JSAs.
• Maintain a clean department and uphold safety standards.
• Follow PPE policies and safety rules.
• May operate Forklift and Overhead Crane.
• Other duties as assigned.
