Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is looking for a Heat Treat Processor to ensure correct processing of products during build up and breakdown. The role involves paperwork, supporting production tasks, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

You may back up other positions as directed and perform duties with safety at the forefront. Responsibilities include distributing materials, coordinating with schedulers and techs, tracking daily production, and training teammates in the area while adhering to area

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Distribute blades and cassettes to and from build up personnel.
• Communicate with scheduler / Ipsen tech to ensure correct blades are available.
• Track daily production on shift report.
• Perform work per work instructions and area metrics.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Inform proper personnel of material shortage.
• Train others in area.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 5Ss.
