Paulo Cleveland – 4428 Hamann Pkwy, Willoughby, OH 44094 is seeking a Heat Treat Specialist for 2nd or 3rd shift. Wage is $20.16/hour with shift premiums of +$1.00 (2nd) and +$1.10 (3rd). The role is full-time, permanent, and emphasizes growth within the company.

Experience in heat treating isn’t required; a willingness to learn and improve is valued. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment screening and obtain forklift certification after hire.

We have 5 locations in the Midwest and have recently expanded into South America. We are looking to fill a production role (Heat Treat Specialist) in our plant in Willoughby, OH (44094). Experience in heat treating isn’t necessary, but a willingness to learn, grow, and improve your skills is.**Key Responsibilities:*** Responsibilities for our roles include, but are not limited to:* Transport parts to the staging area for production using equipment such as forklifts, hoists or pallet jacks.* Pack production parts to prepare for heat treatment or metal finishing.* Unpack and re-pack finished parts into customer containers for shipment.* Verify part numbers and match to shipping documents and work orders.* Operate various equipment in the plant.* Communicate production problems to a supervisor and/or operator.* Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work area orderly.* Perform repetitive and detail oriented tasks.Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.## Qualifications**Knowledge:*** High School Diploma or GED* Attendance is essential for success.* Paulo Cleveland is a 24 hour, 7-day a week facility.
