• Able to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions and decimals.
• Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement.

• Ability to read and understand procedures, routers and instructions.
• Flexibility with assignments and shift changes.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist with line setups, start up and maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
• Maintain quality by visually inspecting parts and subassemblies.
• Identify and solve minor problems that arise.
• Handle necessary material movements and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

' Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

' Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures

' Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area

' Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies

' Recognize and solve minor problems that arise

' Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job

' Perform other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

'Ability to perform basic math ' add, subtract, multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals

' Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement

' Strong attention to detail

' Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge

' Ability to read and understand procedure, routers and instruction

' Flexibility in work assignments

' Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change

' Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

' Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking

' Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily

' Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs

' Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as required
