Job summary

Ellwood Crankshaft Group in Sharon, PA is seeking a Heat Treat Operator I to support furnace and product setups, follow the heat treat schedule, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work in a manufacturing setting; experience with heat treat equipment is preferred. The role reports to the Plant Manager and offers opportunities to develop technical skills in heat treatment processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Heat treat equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with furnace and product setups per heat treat schedule.
• Support heat treat activities including material handling.
• Operate cranes and AGVs as required and maintain records.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Help train new operators on systems operation and maintenance.
