Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees heat treatment of open and closed die forgings.
• Prepares furnace loads and checks piece counts after heat treatment.
• Verifies straightness/flatness of parts before/after heat treating.
• Performs cold/hot straightening if needed.
• Conducts hardness inspection of material.
• Oversees furnace light up and monitoring.
