Job summary

Relyans Max is seeking an Heat Treat Operator – Level One to operate and support heat treatment processes with focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy. The role involves forklift movement, loading/unloading, SAP inventory management, and precise documentation to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to become forklift certified upon hire.
• Comfortable working in a heat-intensive industrial environment with proper PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the department.
• Load and unload skids in staging areas and system entry/exit points.
• Maintain organized staging areas and verify part counts.
• Start, interrupt, and complete SAP production jobs and manage stock in the system.
• Record data such as order, report, and heat numbers accurately.
