Job summary

Bodycote is looking for a Heat Treater A-C to join our team in Berlin, CT. This role involves essential duties associated with heat treatment, following safety protocols in a heavy industrial environment. The position offers competitive hourly pay between $22 and $27 based on experience, along with various benefits starting at day 61 of employment.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements as U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• May be required to work overtime or shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work for processing and operates heat treating equipment.
• Monitors and ensures operations follow procedures and customer requirements.
• Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.

Skills

Ability to read and communicate in English

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Forklift operation certification

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
