Job summary

Valley Forge & Bolt Mfg. Co. in Phoenix is seeking a 3rd shift heat treating operator to harden and temper steel parts. You will follow procedures to ensure product quality, conduct tests, and monitor equipment on the production floor.

This role requires passing a drug test, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

• Primary work environment is the production floor
• Secondary work environment is the office
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift
• Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns
• While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required
