Cummins Inc. is seeking a Heat Treat Operator to join the 2nd shift at our Morristown, TN facility. You will operate machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Initial training on day shift will precede assignment to a rotating 2nd shift; you will work 7AM–7PM on a rotating schedule with potential shift premiums. This role is 100% on-site at Cummins Inc. in Morristown, TN.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety-focused with ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work rotating 7AM–7PM schedule on first training days.
